Kevin Jenkins talks retail trends with the Telegraph

We released our Future of Retail study in November 2015, looking at the trends affecting this industry and the factors influencing changes in consumer behaviour.

Following our earlier blog post on this, highlighting the three most interesting trends from the study impacting the future of retail, I was interviewed by Business Reporter. Alastair Greener highlighted that things have changed dramatically, and asked how banks and financial institutions were responding to his changing expectations.
