What is Ambient Banking? Following on from the transformation of retail, We’ll witness the submergence of active banking, where your banking service will work tirelessly on your behalf, finding you the best deals available in real time and in constant negotiation. And what is Gamification!? It’s more than the simple provision of incentives in return for adopting a particular service or products. Banks have been doing this for decades – and offering this online does not constitute gamification. Gamification is the deliberate, concerted attempt to use gaming psychology to influence and alter consumer behaviours. It’s a product engagement strategy. Augmented Reality payments with House of Holland

The world’s first augmented reality payment technology was revealed in June by Visa Europe Collab as part of House of Holland’s Men’s event.

It demonstrates the ability to purchase items by simply pointing your smartphone’s camera at them. The consumer no longer needs to go online or in-store; they can purchase an item in a shop window even when the shop is closed.
